TRANSNATIONAL PROJECT MEETINGS
As part of our 3-year project, we organise five transnational project meetings programmed to coincide with key milestones and so facilitate the optimal development of our project outcomes. Conscious of our carbon footprint, throughout the project we will make the most of virtual/video meetings and real-time collaborative working, but face-to-face meetings are still vital to enable optimal levels of productivity, communication, teamwork, and team morale and sharing best practice. So far, we have had two transnational meetings; one in Bristol hosted by Green Events International, one in London hosted by Julie’s Bicycle and one in Bordeaux hosted by Le Laba. These meetings have been attended in person and virtually and enable the project team to spend time working on our project outputs together.
